Enjoy a fun winter day out in Fife with VisitScotland’s Great Days Out offer
We often wait for summer or at least some warm weather to have fun adventures outside, but the weather shouldn't be the thing stopping us from enjoying ourselves. There may not be that much to look forward to in January, and our budgets are a bit tight after the holidays.
That's why VisitScotland have come up with a solution – they're offering 50% off selected tours and attractions until the 18th of February, encouraging you to have more winter days out.
There are so many different activities included in the offer – from escape rooms to wildlife centres; there truly is something for everyone. Whether you want to have a family day out or spend some quality time with friends, you can enjoy yourself now and stop waiting for good weather. Just layer up with some warm clothes, and if you're still cold – why not visit a whisky distillery – this will guarantee to warm you up!
Where to start?
Make some new furry friends at Bowbridge Alpacas; they will undoubtedly put a smile on your face, even if your winter is a bit blue. Located between Peat Inn and Largoward in North-East Fife, close to St Andrews, this attraction makes the perfect winter day out. If you love being at one with nature, why not visit St Andrews Botanic Gardens? There is nothing better than taking a breath of fresh air surrounded by inspirational plant displays. If you get cold – you can warm yourself up with a cup of tea in the tearoom.
The last and most important step is to enjoy yourself! To see Fife's full range of attractions, visit the VisitScotland website and then click to filter what kind of experience you want. Each business has listed a discount code or how you can contact them to book.
