Yoga classes held in and around Stirling. Classes are suitable for all genders, abilities and range of ages.

Colleen is an experienced 200 hour qualified Yoga & meditation Teacher. Her classes will leave you feeling re-energised, relaxed and reconnected. Her aim is to make you feel as comfortable as possible during these classes and encourages you to connect with your body in order to get the best of out the classes. Classes finish with 10 minutes of deep relaxation. Classes are drop in £7/£5 students and u18s. Come to 5 classes and get 6th class free!

Tuesdays Beginner Classes 7-8pm Fitness Garage 134 Stirling Enterprise Park.

Thursdays Mixed Ability Hatha Flow 7-8pm Allan Church Bannockburn.

Fridays Relax & Unwind 6.15-7.15pm Trinity Church Albert Place Stirling.

Starting 12th January 2020 Yin Yoga Sunday’s 10-11am Yoga Tree Stirling.
