A gentle, embodied workshop to reclaim anger as an ally. We offer an invitation to sit with anger in a way we rarely get to: not as something to suppress or explode, but as a powerful messenger in the body.
Through gentle movement, somatic awareness, intentional breath, simple sacred rituals and supportive healing medicinal plants, we will create a warm, held space where anger can be felt, listened to and allowed to move.
This is not about fixing anything. It’s about presence, dignity and connection: both with your own felt experience and with others who also long for a different way of relating to their emotions. Holding space for and from our hearts.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
No performance. No pressure to speak. No yoga experience needed. Just warmth, presence and a carefully held space to be human.
What to expect:
• Guided somatic movement & breath
• Restorative pauses and grounding practices
• Simple ritual elements for meaning and embodiment
• Herbal supports to invite calm and clarity
• Gentle opportunity to reflect and share (only if you want)
• Small, intimate group – limited places
If your body softens a little just reading this — that’s your sign.
Space holders are Alice of Alice Rainbow Yoga (yoga and mindfulness teacher) and Sandra Nussbaum of Nut Blossom Apothecary (medical herbalist)
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
