Yoga can support that recovery and complement the activities we do.
Classes are based in a cosy room in the 252 Memorial Hall, and close to the Curator for anyone that fancies coffee and cinnamon buns after!

BRING A FRIEND FOR FREE
From now until the 10 October… anyone that books a space can bring along one friend for free to one class (limited spaces/classes so please message me first to avoid disappointment).
FAQ:
• Classes will be a mix of flowing and static movements, standing, kneeling, seated and lying.
• All genders, ages, backgrounds, abilities are welcome. You don’t have to be sporty or do a sport to come along!
• Ideally you bring a yoga mat but I always have some available
• Classes are £8 but prices will reduce if you buy a pass of 5 or 10 classes.
• If you have a medical condition and are unsure, please message me
• Nervous? I understand, I’m happy to meet you before class and help you settle in.
