Join us for a day celebrating women’s health including opportunities to learn and share about menstrual health, menstrual cycle awareness. Learn how to use herbal remedies during your cycle, explore sustainable product options, and participate in healthy movement, ceremony & dance.

This woman's health gathering is an opportunity to create connections between women, a safe container where we can gather, share and learn. There will be a mix of listening, learning, eating together and shaking up the energy with some Nia dancing, finished with a closing circle.

A wholesome and nourishing day shared with other women.

The day will include:

- Herbs and menstrual cycle awareness class

- Lunch break & discussion

- Sanitary product making class & discussion about sustainable alternatives

- Nia dance session
