Four gentle sessions to help us connect with the sacred in the everyday in the beautiful surrounds of Falkland Estate.
The classes will include a guided meditation, gentle movement & stretching and a reading/ reflection exercise on everyday mindfulness to help us live more in the here and now. Nature will provide a wonderful backdrop to our practice, with the sound of birdsong and the sights of spring helping us find peace & calm in today's busy world.
Instructions:
The sessions will take place outside under the big stretchy tent which can be found behind the stables building to the left of the cafe & shop. Walk through the outdoor part of the cafe (under another stretchy tent!) over the little bridge and follow the path around to the left and you will find it. There is free parking on the estate on the right as you arrive into the estate grounds.
Please dress for the weather, perhaps including an extra layer as we will be sitting in stillness some of the time. Wear light comfortable clothing and trainers or light shoes. Bring a blanket just in case you get cold and a drink.
The sessions will be partly standing/ moving and partly seated on chairs.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
