This November, the team behind On the Rocks, the largest student-run arts festival in Scotland, presents On the Pebbles - a day-long programme of creative events in St Andrews, Fife, designed to give a taste of what will come with the official festival in March.
A highlight of the event is On The Pebbles’ partnership with the newly renovated Rusacks hotel in St Andrews, where you can partake in a watercolour workshop in their rooftop restaurant overlooking the beautiful St Andrews coastline, or unwind with a pint and some live music in their One Under Pub at the end of the day. Hip-Hop Dance Workshop

Kickstart your Saturday with On The Rocks Arts Festival hip-hop workshop! Join
the Blue Angels Dance Team for a high-energy crash course in hip-hop fundamentals and learn fresh choreography to some favourite beats.
Free admission, but space is limited. All are welcome and no dance experience required!

St Andrews Heritage Museum & Garden
Support women-owned businesses from across St Andrews at the On The Rocks Makers Market! Join us at the St Andrews Heritage Museum & Garden for a pop-up sale featuring art, crafts, clothing, homegoods, food, and more handmade by local female, fem- and non-binary business owners.

On The Rocks x Sustainable Style Swap & Sale

Sandy's Bar, Student Union
Join On The Rocks and Sustainable Style in Sandy’s Bar for a sustainable clothing swap and social. Purchase 5 items for £5 or bring your unwanted clothing items to swap. Visit our mending/repair station to extend the life of your best-loved fashion items and model your new outfits in our photo booth!
Get creative at our making station by customizing a favourite pair of jeans or embroidering your own On The Rocks tote bag.

Seaside Watercolour Workshop

Join On The Rocks for a seaside watercolour workshop, hosted by 18 Restaurant at Rusacks St Andrews. Get inspired by gorgeous, panoramic views of West Sands and the Old Course and enjoy a OTR signature cocktail while you paint.
All are welcome; no previous art experience required.

Come along for live music and a pint with some of St Andrews most talented musicians at One Under Pub at Rusacks St Andrews.
The event will take place from 5-7pm at One Under Bar at Rusacks St Andrews, Pilmour Links, St. Andrews KY16 9JQ.

Heart to heART: Exhibition Launch and Drinks Reception

On The Rocks and Capture Collective proudly present “Heart to heART: an exhibition exploring human connection and community”. Featuring works by artists working in a wide range of media, the exhibition explores the ways art helps us connect with each other, our world and ourselves. Join us in Beacon Bar for an evening of live music, drinks, and incredible art.
