Join Dr Maria Gardani, a Lecturer in the School of Psychology and sleep expert for an early evening discussion on the function of sleep and its evidenced place within the weaponry for academic success, such as learning, memory concentration. Learn how good quality sleep can help your academic performance as well as your mood, energy levels and your social life.

I will offer tips on how to safeguard and improve your sleeping habits based on recent research findings. Bring your questions!
