Join Marina Kazakova to learn about her work on symphonic poetry
Marina Kazakova is a poet and researcher, whose work explores how lyric poetry can be expressed through audio and visual media, as well as asking how the symphony – orchestral music’s most famous form – can be seen to shape the artform. Join Marina to hear more about ‘On How the Palace Bridge Opens Up its Hands’, a Russian language symphonic poem bringing together poetry and animation and showcased as part of our filmpoem programme.
This event will take place on Zoom.
