Ease into the festival week with a morning of poetry and meditation. Join John Siddique, a spiritual teacher, poet and the founder of Authentic Living, in an exploration of mindfulness, poetry and imagination.

No previous experience of meditation or mindfulness necessary.

This event will take place on Zoom. If you book a ticket, the Zoom link will be sent to you before the event.
