Join us for a really exciting event with Matthew Syed - author, broadcaster and sportsman - as he talks to TV presenter Lindsey Russell about his book Dare To Be You, the brilliant follow-up to the #1 bestselling You Are Awesome.
What would you dare to try if you stopped worrying about fitting in? Dare To Be You is a ground-breaking, practical and positive book which will help kids develop the inner confidence to grow into happy adults who know - and, more importantly, LIKE – themselves.
Matthew Syed is a Sunday Times columnist, broadcaster and author of multiple bestselling books including Black Box Thinking, Rebel Ideas and You Are Awesome. Matthew was also the top British table tennis player of his generation, competing at both the Barcelona and Sydney Olympics.
This event is open to all ages but our recommendation is that children aged 9+ would enjoy it the most.
Please note that the Ticket & Book option for this event requires a UK postal address. Please do not select this option if you do not have a valid UK postal address as you will not receive the book and may still be charged. Books will be posted after the event and so will arrive a few days later.
This event is on Zoom. Please make sure you have Zoom installed and up to date on the device of your choice.
