On 18th January, TCV Scotland are turning 'Blue Monday' into Green with a day of live, free nature and wellbeing sessions!
About ‘Green’ Monday Live
Spread the word and take 30 minutes out of your day to re-set, connect with nature and creativity and look after your wellbeing.
10 - 10.30am: Nature Yoga and Stretch. Suitable for adults. Hosted on Zoom, book via link below.
11 - 11.30am: Five Ways to Wellbeing in Nature live. Suitable for adults. Hosted on Facebook live, join in on this page and set a reminder for yourself.
12 - 12.30pm: Birdsong ID live, learn to identify the most common garden birds in partnership with Epic Ochils and get ready for Big Garden Birdwatch. Suitable for all. Hosted on Instagram Live, follow @tcvscotland on Instagram.
2 - 2.30pm: Nature Sketch-along live. Aimed at adults, children welcome. Hosted on Zoom, book via link below.
3 - 3.30pm: Kids Storytelling live. An interactive reading of 'The Promise' a story of nature and hope. Suitable for 4+. Hosted on Facebook live, join in on this page and set a reminder for yourself.
