Do you remember feeling free and happy dancing at parties, weddings, or simply in your kitchen?
Undoubtedly, dance is a means to help us improve mood and cope with the stress that can interfere with self-confidence, concentration, and creativity.
We invite you to join this dance practice for women to release stress and recharge yourself with new and flourishing energy. Here we connect our mind and body through various breathing and movement techniques, combining the elements of ecstatic dance, yoga, tantra, free movement, and more.
Your hosts Neringa and Audrey, believe that through movement and dance you can understand your body and mind better, and release any unwanted emotional weight you may feel in your life.
Neringa is a singer, musician, vocal coach, who always loved to explore the human condition through movement and creativity.
Audrey is a professionally trained lawyer, now working in Public Relations, who grew up in an environment where self-care and nourishment were presented as a must no matter what path you choose in life.
Join us for an hour of free movements and dance class!
We will serve as guides but will also encourage you to improvise and shed your inhibitions to dance like no one was watching.
No dance or any other fitness experience is necessary. Wear comfortable and loose clothing, bring a water bottle, a mat, and prepare to have fun!
The practice will be held via Zoom.
While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Recharging Dance Practice are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment. All information (whether in text or photographs) is given in good faith but should not be relied upon as being a statement of representation or fact.
These weekly online Bookbug sessions are fun for little ones aged 0-4 and their grownups, using Zoom.
