You can run, walk, jog, use the gym or home to complete the distance you have entered.

How to take part
Enter your chosen race on our website and pay the £10 entry fee.
Run your distance
Complete your run and send your evidence to us by 31st July.
Receive your medal & bespoke t-shirt in the post.
