We’ll use the labyrinth, earthship, yurt and lochside gardens to mindfully connect with nature, be with others in a like minded community, and get creative in a simple and easy way.
How Long are the Sessions? 4 hours with a lunch break (most likely 10-12 & 1-3pm) with 2 hours spent on Being and 2 hours on Doing.
Being is for you and could be mindfulness walks, connecting to nature through games & sensory activities, creative writing & simple poetry, storytelling & simple visual art.
Doing is the practical bit and also for you!
It could be tending the flower areas to improve the biodiversity of the wildflower labyrinth, planting and caring for native plant species suitable for making uplifting tisanes (herbal teas) learning about plants - making tisanes from fresh herbs, & harvesting & drying for the non growing seasons, learning to make simple structures - bug hotels, bird tables/baths, made from natural and recycled materials to increase biodiversity in the labyrinth recording species of insects, birds and plants.
Location: Kinghorn Loch, Kinghorn
