The Kingswood, an independent hotel owned by the same family for over 30 years, is based on the outskirts of Burntisland, 4 miles west of Kirkcaldy, in the Kingdom of Fife. Nestling in over 2 acres of gardens and woodland, it is uniquely situated to allow panoramic views of the Firth of Forth to Edinburgh. A superb location and genuine hospitality ensures that many of our customers have become familiar faces. We are an ideal base to explore the unrivalled beauty of Fife and surrounding areas and only a 40 minute train journey to the centre of Edinburgh.
