A Health & Wellbeing hub at the heart of the community

TIME TO SHOP - Pop-up retail space:

Helping individuals & small businesses, selling health & wellbeing related products, to thrive within their local community.
For example: All handmade crafts & homegrown/homemade, health conscious food & drink.
Please get in touch if you would like to find out more about how I could help you to promote your own business in a very affordable way.

TIME TO PAUSE - TIME TO LEARN - Health & Wellbeing workshops:

A wide variety of activities & events for all ages & abilities based around community requests.
For example: Mindfulness, Jewellery making, arts & crafts, storytelling, healthy eating etc.
Please get in touch if you would like to find out more about our current timetable including prices or would like to suggest activities for future sessions.

Community meeting space:

Please get in touch if you would like to use the space at the hub, in a very affordable way, to meet or deliver your own activities. This could include small community group meetings i.e a bookclub, personal wellness 1-1s, young adult study groups etc.
