Cook and Eat Mexico
If you like your food full of flavour and with a little kick, then this Greener Kirkcaldy evening workshop of Mexican cooking and eating will be a real treat!
About Cook and Eat Mexico
Sorry, but this event has been and gone!
Mexican food is full of diverse ingredients and influences. If you like your food full of flavour and with a little kick, then an evening of Mexican cooking and eating will be a real treat.
We’ll be making some traditional Mexican dishes using some essential ingredients of the country such as corn, beans, avocadoes, chillies, peppers and we’ll make our own tortillas from fresh too.
– A classic Salsa with some surprise ingredients too if you’d like to jazz it up a little
– Chicken or Bean Quesadillas with Pico de Gallo
– Churros
This workshop is suitable for casual home cooks who are interested in exploring world cuisines and trying new recipes. The workshop will be led by an experienced cook who has lived in Central America with a passion for their foods and flavours. There will be plenty of time to discuss, eat and compare notes too. Provecho!
Please bring some containers to take home your food. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know when you are booking.
