About Project 70, Projection Show

Glenrothes is preparing to take a step back through its rich history and art heritage with a visual spectacle to celebrate the town’s 70th anniversary.

‘Project 70’, a free one-night only art event, is set to light up one of the town’s most prominent buildings, Kingdom House, Kingdom Ave, Glenrothes KY7 5LY.

A show for all age groups and walks of life to enjoy.”

A visual and musical event, projecting the show onto the gable end of Kingdom House in the town centre, a perfect backdrop what with the celebrated birds sculpture just happening to be situated below.”

Promoted by Go Glenrothes and supported by Fife Council, the event triggers the start of a wider celebration of Glenrothes’ public art heritage, with the town also soon to host a a new film and exhibition detailing town artist David Harding’s work.

While we take every opportunity to ensure the details for Project 70, Projection Show are accurate, we always advise that you contact the event organiser before setting out for the event to avoid disapointment.
